We’ll see you on the North Shore!\n \nWe added rich dark cocoa and lactose to our George Hunter Stout recipe. The result is a smooth\, sweet\, rich\, warming Stout for the winter. We brewed this beer in the winter of 2013-2014 at our original facility in Castle Danger and have occasionally brought it back on a very limited basis since then. The base beer\, George Hunter Stout\, is an American Stout with flavors and aromas of molasses\, licorice\, maple\, coffee\, chocolate\, and cream. Savor Dark Chocolate George Hunter Stout while it lasts!

DESCRIPTION:A fall favorite returns. Maple Märzen blends traditional German malts and hops with local maple syrup. The result is a rich and toasty malt flavor with a strong maple character. The German Noble hops lend a subtle balancing spice to the beer but play second fiddle to the malt/maple profile. German lager yeast helps the Märzen stay crisp and clean tasting\, letting the other ingredients shine through. This is a traditional lager style with an added Northwoods twist\, making it a welcome addition to a sunny but cool autumn day or at any campfire. DESCRIPTION:Beer Garden at Glensheen is back for its third year! Join us every Wednesday night in June! \nAs we continue Chester and Clara’s love of highlighting the talent in our own state\, we are showcasing the awesome brewing companies we have here in the Twin Ports. \nThis event is also a throwback to the public beer garden that was once on the estate when the Tischer Farm owned the land prior to the Congdons. \nA different local brewery will be featured each week of Beer Garden. Guests will have the opportunity to sip on their beer and chat with the brewers in the Amusement Room. Brewers will give a short talk about their brewery and beer a half hour into the event at 7:30 pm. \nWhile the event will take place in the Winter Garden\, the grounds will be open and exploration is encouraged! \nThe evening will be complete with yard games like bags and ladder golf on the estate.
