Deep yellow/light orange in color, very clear, nice white head forms on top. Aromas of warming spices, like Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Dark Chocolate, and slight Green Apple. Medium low sweetness and low bitterness. Medium Carbonation and medium light body, clean bright finish and crisp, warming sensation lingers. Like a Gingerbread cookie in beer form.
