Official Rules – Castle Danger Brewery Ice Fishing Package Giveaway Sweepstakes

  1. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Castle Danger Brewery, Fish Daddy, RAZR Ice Augers, its affiliates, advertising/marketing agencies, distributors, retail locations, and immediate family members of such persons are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. Sweepstakes Period

The Ice Fishing Package Giveaway Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00am and ends on December 25, 2026 at 12:00pm (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

  1. How to Win

Enter by scanning the QR code at any retail display or applicable taproom promotional event or click this link.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

  1. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

  • Clam C-560 Pop-up Ice Shelter (retail value = $400)
  • Vexilar FL-20 Flasher/Fish Locator (retail value = $300)
  • Fish Daddy Tackle Package featuring Dirty Bomb Tackle (retail value = $500)

Two (2) additional winners will receive:

All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. Castle Danger Brewery reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Castle Danger Brewery will coordinate delivery of prizes to winners within 60 days of the contest end date.

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners from eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be drawn on December 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. If a potential winner does not respond within 5 days, another winner may be selected.

  1. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Castle Danger Brewery, which are final. Castle Danger Brewery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Castle Danger Brewery may use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  1. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Castle Danger Brewery’s Privacy Policy and for internal research/marketing purposes. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
