Danger Eagle, a collaboration brew between the great folks at Rahr and the awesome guys at Castle Danger Brewery. The name is an collaboration between our two breweries’ names; Castle Danger and Rahr Eagle Brewing.
Straw Yellow in color with a beautiful white head forming on top, very clear. Delicate aroma fresh cut grass, floral notes like geranium, hay-like graininess and a touch of citrus zest on the back. Medium low sweetness and balanced bitterness, bright and crisp carbonation lifts the beer off the palate and finishes very clean. A dangerously good lager that soars like an eagle!
