Straw yellow in color with a touch of haze to it, but no particulates and not turbid at all, closer to a Keller-pils than a fully filtered Helles. Nice, dense white foam forms on top with tightly knitted bubbles. Pleasant aromas of light pear and green apple with some dough-like malt and a touch of biscuit underneath. There is a bit of hop spice to the nose as well. Very pleasant, mildly malty flavor hits the tongue first, with a touch of hay-like lingering malt presence after the swallow. Light bodied, bright and very crisp!
