Deep yellow hue with a solid white head forming, mostly clear with just a touch of haze. Aromas of ginger hit the nose first with the yeast spiciness creeping in behind it, aromas of white pepper, bubble gum, strong ginger, and tea-like Lemon and green grass all meld together nicely! Tastes of Ginger ale and lemon/lime hit first with a pleasant lingering pepper spice and balanced bitterness. Medium light body and bright carbonation. Very pleasant, bold but balanced!
