Light straw yellow in color with medium light haze that holds the light, nice thick, white head forms on top. A mélange of aromas on the nose; Ginger, Coriander, Cardamom, light citrus zest like lemon zest. Medium bodied and slightly silky finish, bright carbonation. A touch of bright tartness up front and a pleasant lingering taste of cooking spices and light citrus following. Low bitterness and bright, clean finish.
