Named after their daughters’ middle names, The Rainy Rose is a family-run food trailer owned by Mike and Amy Wahlman. Now in its third season, this local favorite brings bold, Mexican-inspired comfort food to the North Shore—crafted with heart, heritage, and serious flavor.

From crispy chimichangas and birria tacos to loaded nachos and their fan-favorite Cuban sandwich, The Rainy Rose menu offers something for everyone—including delicious jackfruit options for plant-based eaters. Every dish is made from scratch and rooted in Mike’s 20+ years of culinary experience and passion.
