Plum Crazy Wit was brewed and conceptualized by our taproom staff members. Light pink in color with a slight haze, this fruited Witbier has a moderate sweetness with light, grainy, spicy wheat aromatics, and a bit of tartness from the plum. Fruity aromas of plum, berry, and banana are present until the very last sip.
