Polyamorous Pils is a collaboration with Prairie Malts, Hopsteiner, and White Labs Yeast. Our brewers tend to love many beer styles and can rarely stay faithful to just one; hence the name “Polyamorous Pils”.
This beer has floral aromas and subtle notes of pear, herb, and cracker. It has pleasant malt sweetness that finishes dry with light bitterness. Try it at our taproom today!
