Special Release: Australian Sparkling Ale A bright, highly carbonated pale ale built for refreshment. Expect crisp, grainy malt with a dry finish, balanced by a firm bitterness and earthy, herbal hop character. Subtle fruit esters add complexity, while lively carbonation delivers a spritzy, refreshing bite. Brewed on our small-batch system just for this event, it’s a clean, effervescent pour with just enough character to keep you coming back for another.
