Brewer Joel decided to use up a bunch of different grains that we had leftover from previous pilot system brews. Hence, making a “Frankenstein” grain bill. (Joel also loves Halloween.)
Frankenstein IPA is a medium bodied and mildly mouthwatering American style IPA containing prominent aromas of grapefruit, citrus, and pineapple. Floral notes linger as do fresh cut grass, gooseberry, and sweet aromatics. Frankenstein is moderately sweet and mildly bitter.
