Off the Clock Maibock is a strong malty lager and was named for enjoying a shift beer (shifty) once you are “off the clock.” Maibock was often traditionally served during German festivals celebrating the arrival of spring. No matter what the Groundhog said, we’re looking forward to some milder temperatures. Off the Clock Maibock has hop characters that showcase herbal and floral European varieties. These are balanced by malt-forward aromas of graham cracker, toast, and honey. This beer is medium-bodied with a lingering sweet finish balanced out with a mild bitterness.
