Saison Dangereux was created by Brewer Peter Martens. It is a well-balanced Saison with flavors and aromas of tropical fruits, bubblegum, clove, black pepper, hints of citrus, grassy aromas, and florals like chamomile. It is moderately sweet and lightly bitter, medium-bodied, effervescent, slightly warming, and mouthwatering. It’s a truly special beer and will only be available on tap at our taproom in Two Harbors while it lasts.
