Salad Days is a spiced sumac Kolsch brewed by Melissa. “Salad Days” is a phrase referring to a peak moment in time, or a heyday. This beer has aromas of pear an apple with added notes of lemon and acidity from the sumac. It is light bodied, crisp, and highly drinkable.
