Secret of the Abbey is named for the secret stash of the monks (the best and highest alcohol content beers). Belgian Tripel is a pale, somewhat spicy, dry, strong Trappist ale with a pleasant rounded malt flavor and firm bitterness. Ours has a subtle sweetness and bitterness and is slightly spicy and mouthwatering, with medium alcohol warming. Aromas of spices including clove and coriander, hints of honey, banana, and cereals. Enjoy this taproom-only brew while it lasts!
