Shatter the Ceiling refers to the invisible barrier to upward progress that many women experience across multiple fields, and efforts to both call attention to it, and work to remove it. The intention for this beer was to have a darker, hazier IPA-type beer that would showcase the Pink Boots Hop Blend. Special B was included to give the color, and also to potentially provide a little raisin flavor. A portion of the proceeds from this beer with go to the Pink Boots Society.
