It’s the 3rd Annual Pig Roast, one of our favorite North Shore traditions. We’re teaming up with Baptism River Barbecue Co and Scotty’s Whole Hog Barbecue to serve up slow-smoked goodness full of flavor, smoke, and a little bit of mess.

Watch the whole hog go low and slow over wood fire until it’s tender and juicy, made by people who take their pitmaster skills seriously, so you don’t have to.

We’ll be releasing a special taproom-only Wheat Ale brewed in collaboration with Baptism River Barbecue Co, featuring green apples smoked in-house by their team. It’s smoky, fresh, and made to sip alongside all that barbecue.
